Mr. Hussain has been called to the Bar in Ontario since 2017.
He has appeared in all levels of court in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Mr. Hussain has represented thousands of clients in court. He has a very busy practice where he regularly attends the OCJ and SCJ for charges ranging from theft under to homicide. Mr. Hussain represents clients from all backgrounds. He is multilingual and offers services in Bengali, Hindi, Urdu and English.
He completed the Juris Doctor Program from the University of Windsor in 2016. Prior to law school, Mr. Hussain completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto, finishing a Double Major in English Literature and Philosophy.
Mr. Hussain is a member in good standing with the law society of Ontario. He is a member of the Criminal Lawyer's Association and on the Diversity Committee. Mr. Hussain is also a founding member and Director of the Bangladeshi Canadian Lawyers Association.
